We have booked for the 4th december at the Sante Fe, we have not booked through Disney but through a local coach travel company. Is it possible to still book a disney meal plan?  Help much appreciated!

Probably, either contact Disney and have them look up your reservation, or you can try the travel company to see if they can add it on for you, the first option might be cheaper though. ;)
