Help tickets lost in post

Hi everyone basically we bought annual passes through Disney ,they were sending out temporary passes until we exchange in annual passport office in Disney..problem is they haven't arrived after 7 weeks I rang Disney and they said just to bring conformation email to desk on entering and they will sort us out.. I'm terrified when we get there they will have no idea what I'm on about ..Has this happened anyone else??

It hasn't happened to us but the solution Disney offers seems to be the only one you have for now.
You could email them with the same question and then bring their email-reply with you too.
That, combined with the applicationform and your payment details should be enough for them to sort this out.

Ofcourse there's still a chance the temporary AP's are in the mail today :)
