Hi there,

I'm thinking of booking the Blue Lagoon restaurant for one of ours meals when we are there in June. Has anyone been to there and if so what is the food like? Is the menu on this website for the Blue Lagoon the most up to date?

I ate here in February 2016. Its my must do restaurant   The food is Caribbean / New Orleans style. This is the menu. I did not have a meal plan , just paid al a carte.





I had main course Caribbean Chicken Columbo and dessert Creme Brulee. They serve bread and nachos as table snacks while waiting for your meal.

Its a popular restaurant so  I always book in advance. The premium tables are by the water and you cant reserve them. If you go to the host stand about 20 minutes before your reservation and request a water side table you might get lucky

Thanks for that info and those pictures, the food does sound good.

I know you said you didn't have a meal plan, but are those main meals and desserts including in the meal plans. We have booked half board plus.

I think we will definitely  book there.

The Blue Lagoon is one of my absolute favourites and one I go back to every time. There's just something wonderful about the atmosphere - especially the water side tables! The themeing is also fantastic. I'm not big on seafood but the vegetable voyage was absolutely stellar. It's well worth going!

Thanks for posting a menu- I'm not a fan of seafood but my boyfriend loves it. But I've seen a few dishes on there I think I'd enjoy so definitely think we will go there now in the summer. I've always wanted to eat here because I love POTC.

I dont eat seafood either but I love Blue Lagoon. This is what I had, its the Caribbean Chicken Columbo

I love this restaurant and would also highly recommend the Chicken Colombo.  Very yummy
