My brother and sister-in-law have just returned from DLP and their photos are full of meet and greets with characters.  They did the Princess lunch and Cafe Mickey, but also managed to meet Aladdin, Merida, Minnie, Goofy, Chip and Dale and took pictures of Jafar and Abu.

Have DLP upped the characters to compensate for the closed rides.  We took our kids last year about the same time when only Space Mountain and the carousel were closed and we didn't see half as many characters around and about.

we were there in Feb and there was loads of characters about,not many wandering in the streets as there was when we were there 14 yrs ago but loads to meet and greet as long as you didnt mind waiting in the queues. there were also other meet and greets that werent advertised such as merida and rapunzel!
