Hi, we have booked to stay after dcr in October. It's the first time booking direct with dlp. We have paid in full. We have received the booking confirmation email but when will we get any further information?

Thats all you will get. At check in you will get your park tickets, hotel easy pass which gives you access to EMH and any meal vouchers, if you have booked a meal plan. You will need the booking confirmation and ID such as your passport to check in.

If you have booked direct Eurostar and the Disney Express luggage service through DLP then you will get park tickets, etc on the Eurostar.

If you are travelling via direct Eurostar and booked the Disney Express luggage service but NOT through DLP, then you should get your park tickets, etc at the Disney Express desk at the station,

Any other option; you'll get your info and park tickets at check-in at your hotel.
