Hi we are looking at travelling from Paris to Disney but don't know what the best options would be, a am travelling with my 8 year old, my mum in a wheelchair and my husband who uses walking sticks. Any advice would be great

You can catch a private shuttle or RER A to station Marne Le Valee.

I don't think your husband is going to need his walking sticks. It's 45-50 minutes with the train.

Husband has to use his sticks to walk so wil need them, just concerned with how easy it will be with luggage ect and getting mum and husband on and off trains, is the train direct?

Yes, it's direct. No problem with the sticks in this situation. You all will find places for luggage and your mom.
Where in Paris will you be, so we can pick a station?

You have to do these moves, it you use the RER (in yellow color are the stations you need)

Take the RER B to Châtelet Les Halles, then hop onto the RER A to Marne-La-Vallée (leaves from the platform opposite). Should you miss your initial connection (as the RER A is probably on the platform as your RER B arrives), don't worry, they go every 4-5 minutes or so.

Fab thank you both, a little nervous about it with a child , luggage and 2 disabled adults but saving £500 by getting Eurostar to Paris instead of direct to dlp is making the decision for us
