Hi, has anyone purchased welcome packs for the room direct from Disney, is it possible?  I was searching online and found ones from a particular holiday company but didn't know if can get them straight from the Concierge service? 

When we went on honeymoon my hubby paid for flowers/balloons, but this time I'd love to get some bits for the kids.  We're in the pink hotel, should I just contact them direct - any advice?

Yes, contact them directly! This would be the best way.

Yes contact them directly - I didn't get a welcome pack but got a card and balloons free for my birthday. They had various packages of gifts but be warned they are pricey!!
