I've never used the vouchers before but have decided to on my next visit.

I was planning on using them for a meal at the Cowboy Cookout barbecue but the menus have just been updated and they now just accept full board vouchers for a lunch option.

My question is, could I still use my vouchers here for their face voucher at lunchtime even if it means the voucher would be worth more than the meal?

Yes you can, but you will not get any change and Cowboy Cookout is not always open!
