After a recent visit I have the following questions?

1.   What is the very large white tent that is located between the Newport Bay hotel and the entrance to the Disney Village? Located on an old car park and looks derelict – is it in use? Is there meant to be a new hotel being built on this land

2.   Is the circus (located next to McDonalds) no longer in operation? Box office looks closed also!

3.   What is the land opposite the IMAX with the very large boards enclosing it (boards have pictures of people walking) going to be used for? If you peak through the locked double gates (at the corner of the new boulevard in front of the IMAX) you can see overgrown waste land

4.   As you exit the Walt Disney Studios Park - immediately to your right there is a path (similar to the one that links the two parks). If you follow the path you access is blocked by a big metal gate that you can't see through! The path doesn't appear to go back in to the park but looks like it could lead to a future entrance – any ideas?

5.   As you walk towards Indiana Jones why is there a lack of rides in the same proximity – was there meant to be a couple of rides that never got built? From the top of the Indiana Jones ride, if you look to your left there is simply an expanse of trees and vegetation etc. As you walk up the path again the road splits (near some toilets) and the path ahead is blocked by a very large solid wooden gate! Any ideas?

6.   Where is the 3rd park meant to be located?

7.   Are there any plans for an indoor / outdoor water park style park / hotel?

This is used for conferences and trade shows

2.   Is the circus (located next to McDonalds) no longer in operation? Box office looks closed also!?

It is closed. Crescend') was Murial Hermine's aquatic circus, similar to Cirque du Soliel's "O" in Vegas. Sadly it closed after a substantial wind storm. It has hosted musicals like Grease during Christmas seasons, but it is closed most of the time

This is rumoured to be the site of a World of Disney Store eventually.

The gate is used for access of maintenance and emergency vehicles. The reason it is sparse is there is an expansion pad for an EMV attraction - Both Indy and a Jungle Safari attraction have been considered for this space. Maybe we will see something here for the 20th Anniversary.

7.   Are there any plans for an indoor / outdoor water park style park / hotel?

The big grassy space across from the Newport Bay has space for a hotel and 3rd park in the Masterplan, also a nature park is being considered for near Davy Crockett Ranch.

The Waterpark Lava Lagoon was drawn up as an indoor/outdoor waterpark for hotel guests, but I think this one is dead now.
