Hi everybody!


I booked me and my GF a surprise trip for march 3 until 7 in Sequoia Lodge in a montana room.


We are in a long distance relationship and I get to see her about 2 times a year, which is not a lot and very difficult. All the more reasons to spoil her! Is there any chance DLP will give us a little extra to make our stay even more memorable? I hear about people getting a room upgrade, a dinner voucher and the like.


What are your thoughts on this, and do you think I should mention something like this before hand via phone or mail?

I've heard of this being quite common if you ask for it!
Just email/ring the hotel about a week or two before you go and mention your situation and they'll hopefully do something for you

when I asked regarding them doing something special for our honeymoon last year, the response was a list of items ......with a price list :-)  always worth a try though.
