If check in is at 3pm and i arrived early could i go into the park?

i would arrive at like 8 would they be ok with this?

If you're staying in one of the Disney hotels, I know that will be fine. We check in at about 10/11am every year and there is never any issue at all. Sometimes your room is ready, sometimes it's not, but even if it isn't, all you have to do is store your luggage in the baggage area at your hotel/the Disneyland park, and you can head off to the parks!

You can check in without your room being ready - they give you everything you need (park tickets etc) and just ask you to return later to collect your actual room key. The full day in the park is yours to use as you choose, so there will be no problem at all with going to the parks from 8am, using the Extra Magic Hours and then coming back to the hotel later to grab your room key

We pretty much get there at about lunchtime, go into the parcs then back to check in later in the afternoon
