Anyone any experience of AP discount outside of DLP in a Disney store? I recently listened to a podcast (I think it might have been Dedicated to DLP?) where they discussed the fact that they'd use their AP's in a UK Disney Store and had gotten their discount. Is this accurate? Has anyone else got experience of this? I'm not sure if its because they knew the person was affiliated with the Dedicated to DLP site or if you can genuinely get AP discount outside of DLP?

I always got 10 % at the Disney Store in Belgium.

And, when I was in the Store on Oxford Street last May, I asked about it, and I also got a 10 % discount.

AP = Annual Pass

Advantages?  Let's take the Dream AP, most expensive one.  220 € now I believe?  (but you can find a sponsor, so you can get 10 % discount).
Gives you 10 % discount on foods, 20 % discount on merchandise (10 % on limited edition merchandise).
Free parking, discount on day-tickets, discount on special event tickets (like Halloween soirée), Extra Magical Hours (you can enter the park 2 hours before it opens for general public).

Fantasy pass is little cheaper, gives you 10 % on food, 10 % on merchandise, and also certain % on day-tickets and event tickets, EMH.

Hi, we are arriving on 1/11, which is a blackout day for our passes. We have already bought the passes through Supertrips, so just need to change them into physical passes, does anyone know if we can access the parks on the 1st to get our passes? We are staying at Explorers.

Traditionally, blackout days do not apply to your very first day of membership. I don't know however whether that applies if you choose to buy from non-Disney sources.
