I wish your statement was true.  To be honest it's more about looking in the right places at the right price for different Disney merchandise, aswell as a little help from others who specialise in different merchandise areas, who may have had some in their own collection for years, but are willing to part with it.... :)

I realise that there are Disney collections (e.g. Disney Traditions), if you collected every one available, I would agree, you would have to be rich considering the amount of Disney films and characters the merchandise is based on....But again only expensive to the point of collecting most or all of it, you may just want to collect part of it, the character or film that appeals to you.

 :D

*Nods* I suppose if you were really rich you would be showing us life-size statues of characters and such. People probably thought I was rich when I shelled out £150 for my giant Cheshire plush, when really I just lent the money off my mum and payed it back over a fairly long period. :P

 Well now you come to mention it.................I have ! ! :^o  (only joking)

These would be a nice additions though, if it were possible to get them.

You would need to know a really good sculptor.  I could try Jim Shore, see if he does life-size sculptures.

Pause for thought....

;o; Eee, I love the Dumbo one! :) And the Marie and Figaro ones are from the same series as my Cheshire Cat one.

:P I bought something really awesome on Tuesday from The Disney Store. :D A little Cheshire Cat mug with a little plush Cheshire inside it! I'm so happy! Apart from the large plush Cheshire they're also currently selling, they haven't sold any Cheshire Cat stuff in The Disney Store for ages!

Here's 3 more from the DT range I've just purchased.  :D

First one is another Grinning Cheshire for Masamune, two grins are better than one aren't they    Thought I would add it anyway since I've grouped the three together for the snaps. Following on with Eeyore and Lucifer  :D

Cheshire Cat - Grinning Cheshire

Eeyore - True Blue Companion

Lucifer - Devious Lucifer

I've also took this range out of my Disney Merchandise album from my photo galleries, seen as it is starting to grow, and made a brand new album which you can find at:

http://public.fotki.com/DisneyDavid/dis ... ditions-c/

I just thought it might come in handy for people who just want to view them together or who have missed previous posts.

Also there is a Disney Traditions common questions write up under the logo, which is the first picture, and a Jim Shore biography write up under the picture of Jim at the end.
