I found Primeval Whirl quite boring to be honest... So I'm glad CTT has twister elements.

So they're really far... so far ;)

Will they first finish the coaster and then start with the hall? Does anyone know an exact date for the opening of the Toon Studios yet? We wanna go to DLRP next May, so I hope the Studios are already opened then  :stitch_bounce:

My personal guess is March 16 (WDS' 5th anniversary), but it could also be the beginning of April, the start of the themeparks season.

The progress of how quickly the roller coaster is being put up is very good, and hopefully it will start testing soon. :D

I actually doubt it'll be ready for March, but I'm hoping they'll prove me wrong!  The 15th anniversary stuff will start on the 12th April so opening the new land about a month earlier will be good to let them use it to advertise the 15th Anniversary and also iron out any problems with the area.

I asked the question a page or so back whether they would test before or after adding the rest of the building and no-one made a guess, but now I reckon they'll wait till it's all done.  They've got the entire dark ride section to do, afterall, and that's something (as far as I know) Maurer have never done before.  We should get a glimpse of the cars popping out of the front of the attraction though, which will be cool.  Reminds me of when we watched them testing Mission 2 last year...  :)

The last opening date I heard was for May 2006. April would be for the launch of DLP's Anniversary and the new parade.

It looks smaller now it's finished with the track in place at the front - the big costuming building must throw off any sense of scale.  I still really like how this ride has lots of different sections to it - it really is so totally what the park needs.

It's interesting how they're constructing the dark ride section, with those high walls around the track area.  Almost looks like they're putting a boat ride in!

It's brilliant to see something like this take shape, since it's totally original and a classic Imagineering project - just really makes you think what awesome designers they are, to create an attraction like this with every minute detail accounted for...

(I'm in an appreciate-toon-studios mood, can you tell?  Join me! lol)

I am glad the ride circuit has been completed. I am quite looking forward to when the theming is added. :)

No, not a splash down in real water, but the coaster will come out of the show building with a small dip.

If we don\'t have the key, we can\'t open whatever it is we don\'t have that it unlocks. So what purpose would be served in finding whatever need be unlocked, which we don\'t have, without first having found the key what unlocks it?
