We are visiting Disneyland Paris for three nights in October and it's only just dawned on me that the parks close early at this time of year. Does anyone know if any of the restaurants in the parks stay open after the parks close? I can't find restaurant opening times for October anywhere online.

The restaurants close a few hours before the park closes. The only ones that don't close is the one at Disneyland Hotel and the ones at Disney Village.

That's a shame, particularly when the Studios close at 6pm. We had hoped to eat at Bistrot Chez Remy, but will probably wait and eat in Disney Village after closing.

Eating at the last sitting for Chez Remy can have the bonus that you get escorted out of the empty park, if you finish after the closing time. Pretty cool!
When I am booking restaurants I just ask for the last available sitting and quite often eat at 5 or 6pm as a result...of course, if that's too early for you you can opt for the hotel or Village options instead.

I tried to book last sitting for restaurant des starts in December. Last sitting is 3:30pm!

Restaurant des Stars (unfortunately) has been only open for lunch for some time now.
