Restaurant at hotel Cheyenne

Hello I'll be going to Cheyenne on November 26-27 and it says the restaurant in the hotel is closed. Do you know where they will make us have breakfast in ? Thanx !

The restaurant is undergoing refurbishment but an adviser said it is not fully closed but space is limited when i rang about 3 weeks ago. They said, and reviews online have said, that guests have been going to the Hotel New York for breakfast.
 
Can anyone who has stayed recently clarify that the information they told me is correct?

That was the case when I was last there in July. We didn't go in there at any point but there were signs pointing people towards HNY for breakfast.
