Now we all know becoming an Imagineer isn't just a walk in the park, it takes a lot to get a position as big as that. But I'm wondering what does it take to become one?
Sure imagination and creativity are two major components but what else? If there are any members who are or have been Imagineers please may you share some tips and offer some support.

As Walt Disney once said:
You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world.
But it takes people to make the dream a reality.

I'd assume you'd have to have a degree in architecture or maybe industrial design? If a position to work as an imagineer ever comes up you probably need to have an incredible amount of experience/talent. Imagine how many people would apply for that job...

Here's some great video by Disneyland Paris about a CM who's also an Imagineer.
