Walt Disney World has gotten a lawsuit against them.
A Jacksonville has sued Disney, as she apparently got an injury when she fell of a carousel horse at Walt Disney World in September 2013.

Nobody ever really wins these lawsuits anyway. Just Americans using their privilige of being able to sue anyone for anything. I wouldn't take it too seriously.

I agree. Sometimes I think that option to sue anyone has gone to far. To be honest, I don't think she'll  win.
