The restaurants you can eat at with standard meal vouchers are: Plaza Gardens, Agrabah Café, Restaurant des Stars, La Grange at Billy Bob's, Chuck Wagon Café, La Cantina and Crockett's Tavern. If you exchange them for their face value it's €26 (£22) for adults and €13 (£11) for children.
