What's happened to the Mark Twain Riverboat? Haven't seen it in years and now its hidden in that plastic boating 'shed'. Any ideas what's going on?

According to InsideDLParis the Mark Twain is returning in 2015.

Do they sail together, I mean one after another? I've only seen one boat, the other one "taking rest". I love Mark Twain, we could sail on it in 2010.
