Excited as going to booking again on Friday.

I'm like a big kid, but I'm sooo excited about going to book next DLP Holiday on Friday. We have decided not to tell DD1 this years, until either her 6th Birthday which is end of Jan or until we are in the car on our way to Ashford.

But have decided on Sequoia Lodge yet again, We can't help it but we love it, but we are going for a Golden Forest Lakeside room this time, and NO Mothers this time, just us 4.

Lucky DD1 has an inset day on the Friday before Feb half term so we are only going to have to take her out of school for 2 days, that way we have a day to travel to Ashford and a day and half of calm before the crowds arrive.

The only thing we can't decide is 4nts/5days or 5nts/6days.   Would love an extra day but think it may be a bit much for DD2, who will be a couple of weeks away from her 3rd birthday when we go.

So excited I just needed to share this with you all.

No, I tell them, head teacher lives near by so can't get a way with it. We took her out for a week before Easter this year then she had chickenpox and missed the first week back after Easter, which I thought was karma.  We did think about a week again, but school are happier if they miss a day or two not 5 + days for holiday.
