Booking Disneyland Paris online

Every two years we go to Disney land Paris and stop in New port bay. We were really excited to book it seeing as all the renovations are complete and it is now a 4 star. We always book it online on the official Disneyland Paris website. We have 5 ppl in r family. 2 adults and 3 children. However wen booking in the past the 2 older children r classed as adults.  So on the booking details it says 4 adults and 1 child. We r booking well in advance so there should be At room free for us. But wen we try and book it it comes up saying that there are no packages. Has any1 got any ideas as to y this is otherwise it looks like r trip to Disneyland Paris won't be happening this year

How old was the youngest child last time you visited?
Could it be that they were young enough not to count to room occupency?

I *think* Newport Bay is maximum 4 people in a room....

Ok - family rooms cater for 5, so you should be ok.

I guess I'd ring and see what they can advise....
