Can anyone let me know if cafe mickey only has set menu now or does it still have the a LA carte menu

According to http://www.dlpguide.com/planning/dining/restaurant-menus/cafe-mickey/ there is only a set menu.

It's a set menu now. We went last week it wasn't to our taste but a great experience it's worth looking before you go.
