Hi, I dont knoe if this is in the right place, but say for example the park is closimg at 8pm, what time would be he last admission to auberge de cendrillon to eat? Would it be 7pm? Thanks

I don't know exactly, if you want to now for sure you should contact Disney
But I do know that Fantasy land is closed earlier so they can prepare the fireworks for dreams. I don't know if I remember this correctly but i thought it is closed 1 hour before park closing. So if as you said the park close at 8 PM fantasy land (and with it auberge de cendrillon) will close at 7 PM. So I am afraid last admission will be at 6 O clock or something like that.

Can anyone confirm?

I think that's correct as they move everyone out of Fantasyland earlier than the rest of the park.  I'm not sure what time of year you're going, but in both Feb and May in previous years auberge de cendrillon was lunch only, we had something like a 2pm booking which was the latest. 
you would need to book for there anyway as I'm pretty sure you can't just turn up (it's always busy).  You can phone 2 months in advance.

Oh no : ( well my sister in law rang up yesterday but hasnt contacted me to say they couldnt book us in that late so as far as I know, were in for 7pm. Looking at the new leaflet, they arent doing premium lunch, just dinner? I wanted to book us in for our last night but were also booked on a paris city tour and dont get back til 6.30pm so can only get there for 7pm really. Thanks for your help, michelle
