Shareholders and booking hotels

I wondered how share holder club members have to book the hotels in order to get the discount - can it still be done online?  And are other offers running at the time still valid (e.g. with 20% off offer, would I then get a further 10% off?)

We always called DLP when booking a trip to DLRP. They will ask you about your shareholders card number and then you will get the discount.
