Hi, wonder if anyone could help me.  Due to travel to dlp between 20th -24th Feb.  Due to being a party of 6(2 adults 4kids) we only really have Davy crocket as an option and to drive across. 

Last time we went over the day before and stayed at an f1 hotel about 15 miles away so could get full day in Park on the first day.  Even though we have got free ferry crossing included looking at option of getting tunnel over day before.  When I was searching for potential accommodation for the night prior I noticed you can book Davy crocket independently from Disney, so wanted to know if anyone has ever done this and if it's possible to check into our room this way? So check in 19th and book this indirectly then pick tickets up and meal vouchers on 20th? That way make it even better than f1 as it is about £40 more compared to 2 f1 rooms.

Also if anyone has booked separately do you know wheres cheapest to book? Or can I contact Disney and book that way without Park tickets?!
