Just wondered what % of the booking price has to be paid when you book by telephone ? Last time I booked it was 10 % but someone told me recently they were asked for 30 % Thanks x

I thought it was 15%

I booked for February a few weeks ago over the phone and I paid a 15% deposit, with the balance due on or before 30 days before departure date

Could the percentage be due to how far in advance you book? We've normally paid 15%, last time we went we had to pay in full because we were 50 days from departure.

When I booked, which was quite a few months ago admittedly I paid 10% deposit.
Mind you, it may have been changed to 15% now, or maybe it even has to do with in which country you book?
