despite being about to make my 3rd booking its funny how you forget things so apols for the daft questions

if i book over the phone is the deposit a set amount or percentage of the booking?

how may weeks prior to arrival must the balance be paid?

I am not 100% sure and it can be different from a country to another, you should pay a deposit of the 15% of the amount of the booking when you book and the balance is taken from your credit card 30 days before the departure.

hi i booked over the phone and i paid 15% when i booked and the balance is due next week so about 8 weeks before you go as im going 13th feb
