Is this a Collectible Mickey Mouse Doll?

[size=78%]Hi, I have this old Mickey Mouse doll and was wondering if it was collectible or worth anything? I know that it was around in the 70's, but it looks like its much older. Maybe 40's or 50's perhaps? [/size]
