Welcome Guide on tv

Whats the name of the girl that does the welcome guide on the tv in the hotels for English guest's.

Its been annoying me that i cant remember her name. She was kinda annoying to watch but in the end you couldn't stop watching it. its like car crash tv

I have always wondered the same thing,

I always watch this I have no idea why, I just like to lie back on the bed and watch it which annoys the wife after the 1000th time lol.

Anyway I got a question: I am trying to find that 'mini' epsisode she starred in, you know '10 things you need to know before go' (Phew! That was a mouthful!)I tried YouTube but I couldn't find it, is it copyright or not? 'Cause I find a bit well how should I say this...
