I have to write a post praising DLP for really good service.

My family went to the Christmas Dinner Show on 24th December.  Various complaints ensued: Poor service, lack of wine, offering a gift to my children then withdrawing it when they realised they were under three.

I complained via email and wrote a letter as well, detailing my gripes and moans.

Today I had a phone call offering my a free gift for each of my children, profuse apologies and a free meal at cape cod.

Beautifully handled DLP.
