Do you think 2.5 days is enough time to do both parks? Going on 18th Dec with twin 4 year old girls. Don't have a strict schedule, apart from meal bookings.

thanks

Hi susiej,

Christmas is THE busiest time of the year in the parks. Think waiting times of 1 hour or more for the most attractions. Try to make good use of the EMH (if you have access), use fastpasses for the attractions that have them and decide on a number of attractions that are must-do and those that are would-be-nice-to-do.
I hope you manage to do them all but Christmas at DLP is also about having fun and enoying yourself!

In all honesty it will be so busy that you certainly won't do everything but then as your 2 are so little there is plenty you won't even want to do anyway so it may not be so bad.

We got back yesterday and did 3.5 days in the park Sat - Tues and here is a summary of what we managed getting in the park around 10am(couldnt motivate the family to get up!), Sat and Sun were very busy so we hit more of the rides on the last 2 days.

Thank you, whats the difference between the xmas parade and frozen parade? are they on after each other or totally separate?

Puffin

The Christmas parade is more like the normal parade with a bunch of different floats and characters. The Frozen Parade is only one carriage with Elsa and Anna. They're on at different times.

Frozen parade is about 15 mins before the Xmas Parade and generally a little pointless unless you love Elsa and Anna.  :-\

we managed to do most rides and shows in two days. EMH came in handy and got a few rides covered during that time. i think it's enough

i would say it is only realisticly possible with a VIP fastpass allowing you onto all the big queue rides pretty quickly with only minimal wait. i did a 2 night stay on xmas eve and christmas day drove home the boxing day evening and got there for emh on the xmas eve so got nearly full 3 days worth out of the fastpasses. even then we didnt do every single ride mainly missing the smaller rides like flying carpets autopia etc.
