Hi all, I'm desperately trying to find the recipe for one of the salad starter items on offer at several of the all you can eat buffets. In Restaurant des Stars the label said it was Chou Chinoise which is Chinese cabbage. It's basically the yellow coloured shredded whatever it is, it has a sweet mild curry flavour more Moroccan than Indian or Chinese. It's absolutely gorgeous and I need the recipe pleeeeeeeeese
