We're going on sunday to stay at Hotel New York. I think I remember reading somewhere on this forum that it is possible to write to Hotel New York to ask for connecting or rooms beside each other? I can't seem to find it now though. Does anyone know how to contact the hotel? Or maybe I don't remember correctly?

yes you can request connecting rooms, if you just call the reservations line they can put a note on your booking that you would like connecting rooms and then just ask again at check in =]
