I usually bought my VEA shuttle tickets on their own website but today bought them from the disneyland paris website as part of my booking....what I am wanting to know is....when do I get the tickets? Do I get them when I book in at reception or do I just show them the confirmation sheet of the whole package  when getting on the bus(which I will be using at reception on my arrival) ?

I have also booked my VEA tickets when I booked my Disney package and the paperwork said that they would send an email nearer the time of departure with an e-ticket to use. They no longer send individual tickets out per person, they send one family ticket out for each leg of the journey. You don't need to book in at the reception you just head straight to the VEA coach with the ticket and they scan it on board.

Hey thats great thanks! I have only booked the VEA for leaving as I am getting a private shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I have used VEA before but have booked on their website.
