Hi,

This summer will be the first time I and my family stay in the Hotel New York after 3 years of the Sequoia Lodge.

One of the many perks of staying in the HNY is of course the Mini Bar in the rooms.

I've been scouring the web for information on the Mini Bar and it's been difficult to get any solid information on the use of them.

So I'd love to know from anyone how do you pay for Mini Bar products?

Do you pay by card or by cash at the end of your stay for example?

It all gets charged to the card you hand over at the beginning of your stay. Just like any purchases you make in the park. (If you have ever used that system) Never used the mini bar myself as prices are sky high, but we have had breakfast in the room and that just gets charged to the card.

Also if you prefer you can get your mini bar statement if you like upon check out and then pay with cash or a different card than the one you used for check in , you can even do part cash part card but yeah if you dont formally check  out itll just go on what ever card details you provided

Hi, when checking in at reception they will ask you if you want to use the mini bar, they take details of your card and at the end of your stay they will charge you. Rememberthe mini bar will be more expensive than the ones in Sequoia lodge.
