Can children only get the Disney bag if you've booked your Eurostar tickets with Disney?? Thanks.

They don't check paperwork at St Pancras normally, so any children can get it - even if they aren't going to Disney actually!

Does anyone know if I can bring hot drinks onto the eurostar? I was planning on going to starbucks across the road to get a hot chcocolate before my trip next month but I was wondering whether it'd be allowed through security and all the way onto the eurostar?

We're booked for the 1/2 term at the end of May and this time are taking the Eurostar to Paris and then changing to the local RER to Marne le Valee.  Will drop off the bags at Disney Express and away we go.

Haven't done this route before though and although I understand its one stop from Gare du Nord to Chatellet les Halles before changing to RER A, I wondered if anyone could give me some firm directions.

    Is it well signposted
Are there stairs / lifts to negotiate ?
Where do we buy the tickets from once we get off Eurostar ?
Do we get return tickets (we arrive on Monday and return on Thursday) or just singles?
Are there special prices for families / children or is it a flat fare ?

All help and any other tips gratefully received.

Hi, I have only just discovered (after booking with Eurostar yesterday) that Ashford is not open on 2nd Oct for Disneyland.  I actually read on here and called them to find out!

I don't mind going from Ebbsfleet (hope Hubby doesn't either when he finds out), but I need to find some accommodation for the night before and the night of our return.  Does anyone know of anywhere decent nearby, that will not cost the earth.  TIA

Have you booked via Ashford and they didn't tell you that you would have to go via Ebbsfleet? If so, I would ask them to pay for accommodation and travel for the inconvenience!

They didn't tell me that it was closed.   I called them and they said they would check the recordings and maybe move the dates.  That would mean changing dates with Disney too though and it would be easier to go on the Sunday!!!

Do you think they would stump up for accommodation though seen as I live 4-5 hrs drive away and would need to have accommodation anyway?

Hello guys,

Quick question and Im sure it's not an issue.

I recently booked a trip to DLRP in November with 3 friends. Booked through a travel agent including Eurostar.

I noticed that if you book through Eurostar you get to choose a ticket for a minor (21 - 25) but our agent has just booked 4 adult tickets. Im not bothered, just wanted to make sure this wouldn't be queried by Eurostar.

Many Thanks

Gary

Hi Gary

I'm not sure of the answer to your question; but you could try e mailing Eurostar themselves here
http://www.eurostar.com/UK/uk/leisure/c ... ail_us.jsp

I e mailed them as the name of my husband was spelt incorrectly on our tickets and I wanted to make sure that wasn't problem and they e mailed me within a few days saying that it was okay to have his name misspelt on the tickets.

I don't understand how they was able to book you tickets from Ashford on the 2nd Oct, as I booked my tickets last month and the lady was unable to purchase me a ticket leaving from Ashford on that same day her computer just wouldn't allow her to do it, she checked and said Ashford was closed and said about going from Ebbsfleet which I am now doing.
Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love you, tomorrow,... You're always a day closer to my next Disney trip!
