It only covers about half the building. You can see it in the first photo, in white behind the cream/beige glazing.

Do we know exactly what they'll be selling? This is their first shop outside of the US, so I'm curious about whether they're going to sell anything different. I hope they do paninies!

I am so looking forward to this being open when I go in late June .. the one in Downtown Disney in Oralndo is fantastic .. it puts subway to shame .. .. nom nom nom ..

It seems the huge mushrooms in fron of EoS and Rainforest Cafe will not stay:

Good news about the mushrooms. Finally, someone in charge of Disney Village demonstrates having taste :-) Those mushrooms were tacky and weird.

Yes, good riddance, although we haven't seen the replacement yet. Rainforest Cafe just lost its only bit of external themeing on that side apart from the stone walls. I'm sure they'll want to substitute those mushrooms somehow.

It's not really a high street name (yet) though, that's a bit of a misconception. There's only a handful of Earls in a few states in the US.

They've removed another tower from the village! (as well as 2 of the mushrooms) It makes the area so much brighter, and seems to open up the space. Another dingy corner removed :thumbs:

I'm hoping they might get rid of the one sticking up from the Rainforest Caf's roof (the one behind the Earl), cos it'll look a little strange having that stick up above the restaurant :?

It'll be weird without those mushrooms being there. I used to see them all the time when I was a kid. Although, I never used to associate them with the rainforest cafe, back then; I thought they were part of the Disney Village theming. XD

Rainforest Cafe looks so bland and ugly, and that will be emphasized once EOS is open. Hopefully they will do something with the exterior.

I really hope that'll do something with all the blank White buildings in the Village. You'd have thought that crisp, White buildings would look timeless and enduring, but for some reason they here look cheap and tacky.

I really hope some proper cohesive theming is brought to the Village soon. At the very least, make it more like Downtow Disney in Anaheim.
