I think it would have ultimately been kinda similar, but depending on how much longer he "hung around", there might have been some bigger differences.

Perhaps the movies wouldn't have gone downhill for a few more years, perhaps we would have had a worthy successor to Pirates of the Caribbean, perhaps WDW would have been built as originally intended...

I'm happy the way things turned out though.  Ok, so Eisner's management went downhill quite rapidly and there were some awful decisions, but we got DLRP didn't we? (let's not mention the debts!)  And a whole 2nd Golden Age of traditional animation.  And Pixar.  It's not perfect by any means, but it's the Disney I grew up with and I think overall Walt would be proud - perhaps not of past decisions but at least in terms of where the company is headed...
