I don't know if they're out of date with the double feature, but the latest Empire magazine advertises Toy Story 3D as a 2nd October release (7 days before Up? huh?) and Toy Story 2 3D as a 22nd January release...

(Also features on Prince of Persia and Alice in Wonderland in this issue, btw)

Ant I'm waiting on the Confirmation from my Friends at my other forum (Pixar Specialist) on the Up Release Date Change as Fact...

Hopefully it is! October 9th would make it SO much better... and Give me more times to see it!

I had a gut feeling that the Double feature wouldn't be leaving the US... and had been looking back through chives on the BBC to see what they had said back in January over this feature... And they Said Next Feb for TS 2!

Oh Well... Pixar MOnth is October for Fans all over the UK!

Anthony

I think I'd prefer them as two separate films, split several months apart, anyway. Sure, it means paying twice (plus that ridiculous "3D premium" extra), but I don't actually think I'd enjoy sitting for 3 hours straight through two films in 3D. It'd build the excitement for TS3 much more like this.

Had no idea that 9th October date for Up was different, but IMDB are reporting it too. Disney.co.uk still says 16th. Perhaps some kind of advance previews?

Pixar have had some clever trailers in their time, but Rex coming in and only being in 2D is absolute GENIUS!

It's so great to see these characters alive again and as funny as ever.

This is something I've been trying to work out why...

In the UK as Ant and I have discussed... We are looking at a Split release... Toy Story 1: October 2nd Toy Story 2: January/February and then you have the Toy Story 3's release in July (Pixar Delay it... I go Bang!)

The 2 week only is a Definite in the US... Nothing has been said as to wether the UK or any other territories have it for this limited window... But With Up's recent date change to October 9th in the UK... The 2 week stint of the 3D Toy Stories would have originally fit in as a lead up to Up's original release on October 16th...

Will have to say with the Toy Story 3 and now this trailer... I can't wait for the Cinema and to have 2- 8 new pairs of 3D Glasses! and thats before Up and Alice are even mentioned!

Now I want you to go out and find a Copy of Toy Story or Toy Story 2 in shops... I've spent the last 3 weeks looking and it looks as though Disney have Re-Vaulted the movies in preparation for Toy Stories 1 & 2 in 3D.

Can't believe I didn't see the teaser until today. Brilliant  :D

I hope these come out in Luxembourg, as a double feature or as two movies, I don't care as long as I get to see them...

Thomas_626

This should be awesome, hopefully the cineworld in Glasgow will have these.

I know they had Bolt 3-D so here's hoping.

Eager_Eyes

This looks so amazing and I just can't wait the nearest Imax from where I live is over 30 miles away but I'd be more than happy to make the trip if its the only place that is playing this.

I went to see Bolt in 3D and it was nothing short of brilliant so hopefully this will be even better!!

The Butlin Boy

Just to confirm for the members in the UK, we won't be getting the clever double feature campaign over here. Instead, we'll be getting Toy Story released on the 2nd of October, and Toy Story 2 released on the 22nd of January (the day before my birthday - YAY! :D/ )    :P

The Butlin Boy

Here's a nice Friday evening treat for you all
