So who's the villain in Ratatouille? :?

From the reviews I understand the villain is Peter O'Toole's character, the restaruant reviewer.  He is against them as he doesn't like a restaurant he says was awful doing well.

Hope to go and see it this weekend.

Edit - have seen it now and the critic is far from being a villain.  The baddy is definitely the small chef (don't remember him having a name).
