Seems like they're in the place of the lift hill, storage track and final return track (before the station)...

Looking at the scale of the trucks and workers on the construction site, it shows you just how big that area is.  They could easily fit a Tower of Terror in there (just as a comparison).

It's amazing to think that in just 1 year this project will be finished!!  Kinda unbelieveable really, considering how long Buzz took...  I'm guessing they'll want it done for 16th March 2007, right?  :?

Must look great from Frontierland!!  :-s

It's absolutely brilliant to see this project really get started though.  What do you think will be the next step?  Floor... walls... more foundations... coaster track?

What with Mickey's Trailer now in Production Courtyard, don't you think they need to update the WDS park map sometime this year?

They could add in a faded out section showing the Toon Studios attractions, with a "coming 2007" banner.  It would help to both advertise the new attractions as well as explain what the hell is going on with all those cranes!

By the way - that crane really is HUGE!!  I guess they'll be using it for constructing the track and the showbuilding...  I don't remember the showbuilding being that tall when they measured it with those balloons though...

Yeah the crane will be tall to put in the track, after all it's not like each piece of the track is going to be placed in by hand  .  Would be a great idea if they did update the park map at all, since it's been the same for ages now, they could easily learn from HKDL as you said  .

I'm not that stupid! lol

I meant the crane seems very tall if they're just using it to build the track, so they must be using it for everything (walls, roof, props?), and even then, it's far far taller than the finished building will be... isn't it?  :?

Maybe DLRP just got a good deal with it and rented it out for longer - it's the same crane that was on the ToT site until a few months/weeks ago, right?
