Hi there, Myself and hubby are taking our severely disabled adult son to Disneyland next month(1st time to park and 1st time on plane with him) I got a travel agent to do the booking and it wasn't till the end of the call that it was mentioned the shuttle bus can't take us as my son has to stay in his chair.

I have left the travel agent to try and sort private transfer but find I'm double checking everything (totally stressed) can anyone recommend a company that does wheelchair accessible transfers.
I know there is a train ,that's my back up plan.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Thanks in advance

The train is great, TGV is 10 minutes from CDG to Disney Village, once on resort the buses between hotels are wheelchair accesible.   Platforms at both ends are wheelchair accesible but you would need to pre-book the assistance so ramps etc. can be ready at each end, there is a booking form here - http://www.sncf.com/sncv1/en/services/disability/special-amenities-on-board

Can't offer any specific examples of wheelchair accesible transfers, we have used https://interserviceprestige.com based on recomendation from here and TripAdvisor, it might be worth contacting them, if they can't helps perhaps they can recomend another local firm.

Thank you for the reply  :) the train is my back up plan as I've read you can wait a while on it and I need to get my son to the hotel asap as he will have been sitting for a lot longer than he should by the time we arrive.

Unfortunately interservice prestige don't have adapted vehicles  :( I had emailed them and a few other companies after reading reviews on trip advisor.

I will update if we get something as other people surely have the same problem.

update for anyone looking for the same information:
magic shuttle do have adapted vehicle, info under FAQ section on website,we used email to contact them and booked it that way. We paid 399 euros(very expensive).
The following companies do not have adapted cars: eazyshuttle, prestige, interprestige and rstransport
Hope this helps anyone else in same situation

Specialist transfer from magicshuttle was fantastic and I would definitely use again and would highly recommend. Driver was waiting at airport, car had room for 1 wheelchair passenger but was spacious. Return trip was once again on time and driver was very courteous( asking if son was fine, and how holiday was etc).
Just thought I would post how it went :)
