Hello,
I wanted to put up some information that we struggled to find before booking.

We have now stayed in the accessible rooms at SL twice. Our party doesn't have mobility needs but we needed interconnecting rooms to support members with Autism.

One room was in the main hotel building, very near the lifts, while the other was in a lodge which was ground level and the nearest room to the swimming pool.

The rooms were mirror images of each other which might have an influence for someone who needed specifically to transfer onto their left or right side, so discuss this with the booking agent.

The room was two rooms with an interconnecting door, this door was fairly narrow but I suspect would allow most chairs to pass through. The bathroom was expanded in the one side with walk in shower and large tiled floor like a wet room, while the other side had a regular bathroom with a bath/shower that needs to be stepped into.
The expanded bathroom means the sleeping area was reduced in that side. 1 single bed which could slide to allow easier access from one side or the other if needed, along with bunk beds (3 could sleep in here) The other side had two double beds which means a bit less space for maneuvering, but still room.

We were charged as though this was one room.
Very helpful staff, your green pass card will also allow you quicker access to the breakfast queue if the waiting is disabling.
