(Kind of) Pre-Anniversary Trip

Hi all,

I am going to DLP with the other half this September, about a month and a half before our 3 year anniversary.

It's not technically an anniversary trip but as it is taking place so close to it, I would really like to surprise him with some goodies in our hotel room. We are staying in the Newport Bay with a lakeside room and I was hoping an email to say that we are looking forward to celebrating 3 years together there might get us a surprise in our room. Who do I need to contact re this and what is a polite and non-pushy way to hint that a surprise would be appreciated?

Dont mention how many years, just say its your anniversary.
I did this four years ago for kids birthdays. Kids had ballons, a card signed by the main gang and a box of sweets.
