 So my parents have just surprised me with an early birthday present by telling me that I am going to be spending my 21st birthday weekend in Disney  and I was just wondering if there was anything in particular that anyone would recommend doing to celebrate???

When you get into the park, go to City Hall - tell them that it is your birthday and you will be given some goodies such as a badge.  I was given a voucher and managed to get some free pins.
If you are staying in one of the on site hotels,  get in touch with them before you arrive and let them know too and you may get something from them too!  I got a lovely gift basket of toiletries as well as a note from the hotel management.
Hope you have a fabulous time when you get there!  Oh and have a really happy birthday
