Hi, yesterday I upgraded my room and added a meal plan to my booking and, as yet, I've not had a confirmation email. Is this nomal? Thanks in advance.  ;D

Yes. I got a free upgrade for my February 2016 trip. The email took a few days to appear. Log into your MY DISNEY ACCOUNT on the country website you booked with and it will be there. I am from Ireland but I booked through the French website, so my booking was on the My Disney Account on the French website

I think when we booked our trip, the adviser said that the email can take up to 48hrs to arrive.

I have went from a standard to a GF room at SL. Was only another £96 pounds for our 4 nights and I'm hoping that along with the other benefits it brings, that the afternoon snacks mean I wont need to buy lunch after having a decent breakfast. I'm SO excited, this will be my DS and I's first visit.

My Disney Account seems to have disappears. I'm hoping its maybe because they are updating it or something. It took a few days to appear when I first booked.

lol, its ok. :) I originally booked Plaza View room in  Hotel New York September 2015 for a stay in February 2016. I booked on the phone with the French call centre. At the end of January 2016, about 4 weeks before my trip I got a call from Disney and they gave me a free upgrade to a standard room in Disneyland Hotel.

Excellent choice. I love GF at SL. Breakfast in the GF Lounge is usually peaceful and the decor is great. The staff at the GF Reception were excellent on our two visits.

Oo, I would love a balcony. Or a suite! I'm afraid I'm a smoker so having a balcony would be great!
