Hello

I have just received a trip to Hotel New York in December as a birthday gift  ;D

What I would like to know - I have the plaza room booked - does this mean it is a lake view room?
What is the difference between Plaza and Standard?

Yes. It means you get views of the Rockefeller Plaza.
