Does anyone know, if you buy your AP direct from DLP over the phone on internet, does the pass run from when you buy it or do you get a voucher so that the pass is activated when you get to the park (like supertrips)?

I bought mine on the phone on 3rd November and received a voucher/ ticket that I have to redeem by 2nd may (will be redeeming later this month).  Also, they gave me the sterling price which was £169 for dream pass so was cheaper than paying in euros.
I was also able to get ap prices for hotel rooms using my booking reference number with no problems.

That sounds remarkably cheap. €223 on their websites which is around £189.

Might give them a ring and check prices and when we would have to redeem by.

thanks

Who did you buy your pass voucher with over the phone? Was that booking direct from Disney themselves?
We're heading there in Sept so thinking I'll get a Fantasy pass for the wife if the voucher they give lasts 6 months

If you book a AP by voucher till 28th March 2017 you have six months validity which means till end of September.

If you buy from Disney over the phone, do they send you a voucher to exchange, or and actual pass?

Hi!

I'm from Holland and we're going to Disneyland Paris from Thursday 23 march till the 26th of march. We're allowed to give 3 people 10% discount when buying an annual passport. In change for the 10% discount we will receive a stamp to collect a free year (3 stamps is one year). Please reply on joy.viss@gmail.com if we can meet and help each other!  :D

Greetings,
Joyce

Yes, direct from dip by phone.  I'd seen on a couple of forums that you could get a sterling fixed price over the phone before I bought it.  This was back in October/November.  Had to pay £3 postage as well.  Arrived after just a few days.
For info, I used the call back option which comes up when you make a dummy booking on the uk site so didn't pay for call.  Saves quite a bit if you're on hold for ages.

Just rung DLP to buy Dream passes and was told we only had 2 months to exchange the voucher. Also, the £ price was £169.

Can anyone confirm that they have bought their passes directly from DLP and have been told they have 6 months to exchange?

Frustrated!

thanks

Just giving my own recent experience:

I booked Fantasy passes yesterday from Fnac Spectacles, the part of the Fnac website that deals with selling event tickets. You can search that on google and then search for Disneyland within the website and you get all the ticket and pass results. I had to pay in euros the standard price and there is a option to either pick the vouchers up from an Fnac store, print them at home (for an extra 1.43!! - I went for that for convenience) or have them posted (I can't remember how much that costs). Two hours later, my vouchers were ready to be generated and printed and they are valid for exchange 6 months from the purchase date at the Bureau Passeport Annuel within the park. I have bought passes and tickets from Fnac before. I don't speak French and even though they have an English version of the website, most of the information for the pass is still in French, but google translate came to the rescue. I hope this helps someone.

OK, an update from us.

We've just rung DLP and been told that we definitely have 6 months to exchange vouchers for Dream passes. We've ordered 3, with vouchers to be posted to us in the UK (postage is about £3). We will be exchanging mid August 2017.

For those of you in the UK-
We asked for the price in Sterling and have paid £169 each (Euro price was €223 which is around £192), so quite a saving.

If anyone buys one of the new passes over the phone, can they ask what the price is in Sterling and then feed back on this thread? It may or may not work out cheaper, but definitely worth finding out.

Hey All!

I am maybe asking a really stupid question but.....can you buy a Classic Passport over the phone from DLP? And if you can does the email/letter that they send you give us access to the park so that you can get to the Annual Passport office to get your actual passport?

Also if you have purchased your Classic passport months before you go to the park are you still not able to use it for the 2 days following the activation of the passport?  We will only be going for 4 days.

We will be travelling 20th - 23rd August 2017.  Any tips or advice would be extremely grateful.  We are a family group of mum, auntie, grandma, a 14yr old, a 4yr old and a 1yr old.
