Online application is only for those living in France and paying with a French registered credit card.
If you want to buy a pass by post the pdf documents can be downloaded and printed from the disneylandparis site under "annual passports". Photocopies of id e.g passport alongside passport photos for each person is sufficient.

Sorry I forgot to add that all forms are in French whatever site you downliad them from but even a bit of basic French will ensure you can fill them in. If it is a problem then you could use Supertrips based in the uk.

No. You cannot renew your pass until 2 months before it expires. Sorry.

Thanks.  If we can figure out the "by post" thing we might still be able to do it before hte price increase--but we cannot go in person between Oct 18 and Nov 1.  I appreciate the information.

Dew rang them up and they are supposed to be sending us out temporary passports until we get there then we go to passport office and they take pictures and give us the real ones ..

I have a question. I got the application forms and sent them out by post. Disney is supposed to mail me my passport. But I was wondering if i will get notified my passport is shipped to me? I couldn't find this information on the website. I'm leaving on the 1st and I need it by then. According to the lady I spoke on the phone with when I wanted to get one it should arrive on time (I sent them out on the 20th from the netherlands, the application arrived last week on tuesday). But I'm unsure as i haven't heard anything from Disney yet....
Thanks!

How can they collect photo ID and information like that over the phone?
Oh sorry,  so you mean they will send out an English version application form if i ring and ask. ?

I called the dutch number (as that's where i live) and the lady emailed me the application form directly. So i'd cal the UK number (or what country you're from) and ask them :)

2 questions ---
1) Do we know roughly yet when the price of the passes will increase? We're going end of November. If tickets will be up in price by then, we'll be buying over the phone before we go.
2) If we were to buy them over the phone and have them sent to us (UK), when is the 'activation' date on the pass? Would it be a year from when we buy it, or a year from when we first use it in the park?

Nobody knows for sure if / when there will be big changes to APs. If there is no big change to the scheme, there will almost certainly be an annual price rise - can someone else advise when this usually is?

You could buy your passes from supertrips.net or discount-ticket-store, they send vouchers which you exchange at the park for your photo APs. The passes then run from the day you exchange them.

It could all be a big ruse to get people to buy new / renew their current passes....

Has anybody purchased APs online and got them sent out? Ive had a look on the French site and have no problems translating it from French to English but i cant seem to translate the pdf application forms?
Any tips or will i have to learn french.  :)

I just did this, and paying monthly by DD - took 7 days from ordering online to receiving the final pass. Things changed a few months ago so that now most european countries and order online and pay by DD :-D

That's no longer true - changed a few months ago. I ordered online and am paying by DD -received final AP 7 days after ordering (did need to post copy of bank statement and id for the setting up of the DD)
